The Embraer EJet E175 is a member of the narrow body short to medium haul aircraft family from the Brazilian manufacturer that carry between 66 and 124 passengers. The development of the EJet family started in 1995 and was officially launched at the Paris Airshow in 1999 and the first flight was on 19th February 2002. Full production started in 2002 and the first delivery to LOT Polish Airlines in March 2004. The first aircraft in the family was the E170 seating up to 78 passengers, this was followed in July 2005 by the E175 which has a 1.78m (5ft 9in) stretch which can carry up to 88 passengers. The E190 is a further 4.56m (15ft 0in) stretch with a maximum capacity of 114 and the E195 stretched by 2.41m (7ft 11in) and has a maximum capacity of 124 passengers. By 2018 over 1,500 aircraft had been ordered.
